LONDON, May 30: English county Yorkshire’s director of cricket Martyn Moxon is busy scouring the world game for a potential replacement for Pakistan paceman Rana Naved-ul-Hasan.

The fast bowler has been ruled out for around six weeks due to a hamstring injury, with Tykes looking a stand-in for upcoming Twnety20 Cup.

Moxon said: “We’re looking at our options with regards to replacing Naved, but it’s hard to draw up list of any kind as most countries are currently in action and most players are currently signed up.

“It’s frustrating to be without Naved for the Twenty20 competition, because his quality and experience would have been very useful.”—Agencies
