KARACHI: Hoarders given ultimatum

KARACHI, May 18: Federal Minister for Food and Agriculture Nazar Mohammad Gondal held a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and discussed with him issues relating to wheat demand and supplies.

After the meeting, the Sindh government warned wheat hoarders to bring their stock to markets within the next 48 hours, otherwise their stocks would be confiscated.It was decided that reward would be given to those who would provide information about hoarded wheat stocks.—APP
