JACOBABAD, May 10: Body of a four-year-old girl was found in a bag near primary school in Haq Bahoo mohalla, in the jurisdiction of airport police station, here on Saturday.

Some people informed the police and the victim’s family that body of a girl was lying near the school. Later, she was identified as Allah Wassai, daughter of Ali Sher Machhi, resident of Soomra mohalla, who was missing for the last three days.

On Saturday, some people spotted the body in a bag and informed the police. The police took the body to civil hospital for autopsy.

A large number of villagers gathered outside the hospital where a heavy contingent of police was also deployed.

Angry people raised slogans against the doctors and broke the furniture of clerk office due to delay in post-mortem.

When contacted, Airport police said that a report of missing girl was registered at Saddar police station and her body was found in the jurisdiction of Airport police station. However, no FIR was lodged till the filing of this report.

Lady doctor Ghazala told that the face of the girl bore torture marks and final report would come after some time.
