LAHORE, May 7: The land record in all the 35 districts of the province will be computerised at a cost of 51 million dollars by 2012 with the World Bank assistance.

This was disclosed during a briefing given to Punjab Revenue Minister Haji Muhammad Ishaq on the land record computerization plan here on Wednesday.

The minister was informed that the record of 109 villages of Lahore had been computerised out of 116, while 80 per cent record in Rahim Yar Khan and 30 per cent in Gujrat had also been computerised.
