SUKKUR, April 27: Two engineers of irrigation department were kidnapped by a group of armed kidnappers near Kashmor on Saturday night.
Mechanical engineer Siddiq Solangi and sub engineer Fayyaz Ahmed went to RD-109 for measuring water.
When they were returning, the unidentified kidnappers intercepted their vehicle near Bakhshapur and took them away with their driver, Manzoor.
On Saturday morning, the kidnappers freed the driver who came to Kandhkot and informed about the incident.
