LAHORE, April 30: Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) President Shujaat Husain said on Wednesday his party would not support any resolution regarding the restoration of “controversial judges” if it suspended the sitting judiciary.

Mr Husain said in a press statement all those parties trying to resolve the judges' issue should first consult the sitting judiciary.

He said PML-N Patron Nawaz Sharif had made the judges’ issue a political but politicians should consult the sitting judges and then resolve the issue as early as possible. He said those who were trying to get political benefit from the issue should refrain from doing that. He said peoples’ problems should be resolved as early as possible as masses wanted relief from inflation. — Staff Reporter
