NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, April 27: A man, his son and servant were shot dead in Mohammad Ali Waraich village near Darya Khan Mari on Saturday night.

Ten armed men barged into the house of Mohammad Ali Waraich and opened fire on the inmates while they were asleep. Mohammad Ali, his son Amjad Ali and their servant Mohammad Ishaq died on the spot.

Their bodies were taken to a Naushahro Feroze hospital for post-mortem.

The motive behind the triple murder is said to be an old

enmity over a land dispute and the murder of one person in 1983.

When contacted, the Padidan police said that the relatives of the deceased were busy in funeral therefore an FIR could not have been lodged.
