BRUSSELS, April 12: World number one Justine Henin has withdrawn from next week’s WTA tournament in Charleston because of a recurring right knee injury.

“She felt slight pain in her right knee and decided not to risk her claycourt season,” a statement on the four-time French Open champion’s website said on Friday.—AFP
