Azeem, Ahad move into last 16

KARACHI, April 3: The pair of Azeem Yousuf and Ahad Ali Khan overcame a -28 handicap to post a straight victory over Mukarram Arif and Hasnain Shabbir and qualify for the pre quarter-finals in the KC doubles handicap snooker tournament on Wednesday.

The winners who got a first round bye were home 72-61, 71-69 against their opponents who have got a +7 advantage.

Seven more winning pairs also propelled into the last 16 round.
