Wallis Mathias Trophy from today

KARACHI, March 26: Wallis Mathias Memorial Trophy cricket tournament will be held at various grounds of the city from Thursday under the auspices of the KCCA Zone-III, the organisers announced on Tuesday.

The event is being organised for former Pakistan Test batsman Wallis Mathias who died in 1994. Twenty-six teams of the zone will be featuring in the competition.

Mohammad Hussain will take on Nayab Sports in the opening match of the tournament at the NBP Sports Complex.—APP
