KARACHI, Oct 23: The election of six members and three presiding officers to represent the Karachi City Council on the District Public Safety Commission will be held on Nov 3.

The members of City Council will elect four male and two female members for representation on the DPSC.

The candidates will be issued nomination papers from the City Council Secretariat on Oct 29 from 10am to 3pm and submit the same on Oct 30.

The scrutiny of nomination forms will be held in the office of the Naib Nazim on Oct 31 from 10am to 12noon and withdrawal will be allowed the same day from 2pm to 4pm.

Elections will be held on Nov 3 from 2pm to 6pm in the City Council Hall.—APP
