GUJAR KHAN, March 24: Telephone subscribers have criticised the PTCL management for reintroducing line rent on the use of the wireless telephone connections and for not providing the fax service on the sets.

“The management had announced waiving of the line rent on the wireless connections with great fanfare, but it has been imposed again on the users,” the subscribers said, while talking to Dawn.

The users had resorted to the service because of this incentive but they are being compelled to withdraw from the service, the subscribers said.

The users of the service have also called for activation of fax facility on the phones.
