Qazi condemns missile attacks

LAHORE, March 16: Jamaat-i-Islami amir Qazi Husain Ahmed on Sunday condemned two successive missile attacks in Pakistani territory which resulted in loss of human lives.

In a press statement, the JI amir said that Saturday’s missile strike had already killed 10 Pakistanis while as many had lost their lives in a similar attack on Sunday.

He said allied forces in Afghanistan had been violating Pakistan airspace with impunity. He said the coward attitude of the Pakistani government was encouraging the allied forces to strike at will.

Instead of condemning the attacks, he said, the Pakistani government owned it as their own strikes.
