PESHAWAR, Feb 24: A teenager was killed while flying kite here on Sunday.

According to Paharipura police, Asif was busy drawing the string of a kite on the road when a car crashed him to death.

Parents said that children in Peshawar had started taking more interest in kite flying with a change in the season and they were unable to stop them from climbing on rooftops that had always prove fatal.

The shopkeepers were busy exploiting people by charging them from Rs5 to 50 for a kite. Residents urged the government to take notice of the increasing problem.
