MIRPURKHAS: Rangers DG in Mirpurkhas

MIRPURKHAS, Feb 13: The director general of Rangers Major General Liaquat Ali arrived here on Wednesday to review security arrangements being made for general election on Feb 18.

He met district administration officers who briefed him about law and order situation, sensitive polling stations and security arrangements to be provided at polling stations.

Before his arrival through a helicopter, heavy contingents of rangers had been deployed across the city.
