KARACHI: Judge report

KARACHI, Feb 13: The jail authorities have written to the district and sessions judge (South) that Qazi Ghulam Mustafa’ son of Mohammad Ismail Akhwand, a former judge has been acquitted in all the cases pending against him in Sindh, and shifted to the Central Prison Multan as he is still required in a few cases registered in Punjab.

The report in this regard was called by Justice Khalid Ali Z. Qazi of the Sindh High Court after the publication of a report in this newspaper on Jan 30.
