Cut in Flour price

LAHORE, Feb 12: The Punjab government on Tuesday announced a Rs10 reduction in the price of 20kg flour bag.

The decision was taken at a meeting held under the chairmanship of caretaker Chief Minister Justice Ejaz Nisar retired at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, says a handout.

The meeting decided to reduce the ex-mill rate of 20kg flour bag from Rs285 to Rs275 whereas its retail price was reduced from Rs295 to Rs285.

Among others the meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Salman Siddique, Food Secretary Ahmed Yar and Punjab Flour Mills Association head Haji Bashir Ahmed.
