SIALKOT, Feb 10: PML-Q president Shujaat Husain has pledged that his party will resolve the Waziristan issue on a top priority basis after assuming power.

Addressing a public meeting at Sambrial (in his constituency NA-112) here on Sunday, he claimed that the PML-Q would sweep the forthcoming elections on the basis of its amazing five-year performance.

Shujaat pledged to provide electricity and Sui gas to all the villages falling in NA-112.

He appealed to the people to cast vote to the PML-Q as it would guarantee the continuity of the development process it had initiated.

Chaudhry Shujaat said both the PPP and PML-N were busy in praising each other for their political ends and trying to derail the democratic system in the country.

He ruled out possibility of rigging in elections.

He said the elections would be free, fair, impartial and peaceful and it would be a referendum by the people in favour of PML-Q.
