AKU girls’ Throwball starts today

KARACHI, Feb 1: The sixth edition of the Aga Khan University (AKU) Inter School/Collegiate girls’ throwball tournament starts at the AKU Gymnasium here on Saturday (today).

Eight teams from various educational institutes across Karachi are taking part in the tournament. They are divided into two pools.

Pool ‘A’ comprises Lyceum School A, Bayview High School, Meritorious Network School and Karachi Grammar School, while Pool ‘B’ consists of Lyceum School B, Aga Khan Higher Secondary School, St Patrick’s School and City School Gulshan.

Saturday’s fixtures:

Aga Khan Higher Secondary School v City School; Bayview v Meritorious; Lyceum B v St Patrick’s.—Agencies
