Boy kidnapped for ransom

GUJRANWALA, Jan 25: A local trader’s son was kidnapped for ransom from Satellite Town here on Friday.

Muhammad Azim’s four-year-old son Binyamin was playing in the street when unidentified men kidnapped him. Later, they called the family on phone and demanded Rs1.5 million for his release.

They threatened the family that they would kill the boy if they failed to pay the ransom or they informed the police.

However, the police have registered a case and started investigation.
