MINGORA, Jan 22: The security force on Tuesday conducted search operation in Shakardara area of Matta tehsil and recovered a large quantity of arms and ammunition.

According to the Media Information Centre, Swat, the recovered arms and ammunition include rifles, pistols, rockets of RPG-3, explosives and rounds of different kinds.

In another joint operation, the security forces and police recovered 21 sets of computers, printers, two scanners, two fax machines, two loudspeakers and a photocopy machine from a house in Gulibagh. The house is owned by Qari Mushtaq.

Meanwhile, it is learnt that curfew will be relaxed in the whole district today (Wednesday) from 6am to 7pm except the area between Bariam bridge to Wanai bridge.
