KARACHI: Soomro hails speech

KARACHI, April 6: Sindh Governor Mohammadmian Soomro has hailed President General Pervez Musharraf’s address to nation over radio and television on Friday night.

Expressing full confidence in President Musharraf, Governor Soomro said the people of Sindh are with President Pervez Musharraf and they want continuation of the reforms introduced by the present government.

Referring to the role played by the people of Sindh towards the achievement of Pakistan, the governor said the people of the province would also play a very active role towards the stability, progress and prosperity of the country and they would actively participate in the referendum.—APP
