KARACHI, Jan 10: The Accountability Court-I headed by Syed Aley Maqbool Rizvi on Thursday adjourned the hearing of a NAB reference (No.1/2003) till Feb 16 after the complainant, FIA Inspector Mirza Masood Alam, was cross-examined by the defence lawyers.
Accused Peer Deedar Hussain Serhandi, an assistant vice-president of the HBL, and others are facing a trial for misusing their authority to misappropriate Rs62.354 million.—A Reporter
