PESHAWAR, Jan 9: Caretaker provincial Minister for Population Welfare Seemi Riaz has called for strengthening the department’s mobile service unit.
During her visit to the Reproductive Health Centre in Charsadda on Wednesday, she asked the officials to involve religious scholars, opinion leaders and influential people to make the population welfare programme a success.
She said the country could face a critical crisis in the future if steps were not taken for balancing the population and resources.—APP
