LAKKI MARWAT, Jan 8: The widow of a labourer killed in a missile attack on a FC checkpoint in Miramshah has appealed to the government for financial assistance. Vakil Bibi, widow of Faizullah Khan, said in a statement on Tuesday that her husband, the breadwinner of her family was killed on Nov 20, 2007, in a missile attack on an FC checkpoint at Khajoori while he was working on a tube-well project.

The woman from Sardar Kilay in Serai Naurang tehsil said her husband had left aged parents and four children, the eldest of them a 13-year-old girl.
