APDM holds references for Benazir

LAHORE, Jan 7: The All Parties Democratic Movement (APDM) held references for former prime minister Benazir Bhutto in all districts of the country on Monday and condemned the implication of Pakistan People’s Party workers in cases of arson and rioting.

The APDM held a reference at the Lahore Press Club with Punjab Tehrik-i-Insaaf President Ahsan Rashid in the chair. Later, participants of the reference held a demonstration outside the club.

Jamaat-i-Islami leaders Hafiz Salman Butt, Chaudhry Shaukat and Ehsanullah waqas, Istaqlal Party President Manzoor Husain Gilani, Labour Party leader Farooq Tariq, Tehrik-i-Istaqlal leader Hanif Goraya and Tehrik-i-Insaaf leaders Shabbir Sial and Amin Zaki paid a tribute to Ms Benazir.
