PCB chief approves committees

LAHORE, Jan 5: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Saturday constituted various committees for smooth functioning of different tasks of the board.

“These committees have been approved by the Chairman PCB Dr Nasim Ashraf,” said a PCB spokesman here on Saturday.

Chief Operating Officer of the PCB will be the ex-officio member of all the committees.

The committees formed on Saturday included:

Domestic cricket: Aslam Sanjrani (chairman), Intikhab Alam, Shakeel Shaikh (RCA), Director Cricket Operations PCB (ex-officio).

Finance/treasury: Moin Afzal (chairman), Abdul Raqueeb, Chief Financial Officer PCB (ex-officio).

Human resource/disciplinary: Lt. Gen. Munir Hafeez (chairman), Justice Ejaz Yousuf, Farooq Rehmatullah, Director HR/Administration PCB (ex-officio), Director Cricket Operations, PCB (ex-officio).

Governance and rules/ethics: Justice Ejaz Yousuf (chairman), Aslam Sanjrani, Director Human Resource PCB (ex-officio).

International cricket: Ali Raza (chairman), Ejaz Butt, Lt. Gen. Munir Hafeez, Director Cricket Operations PCB (ex-officio).

Internal Audit: Ejaz Butt (chairman), Ali Raza, Moin Afzal, Chief Financial Officer PCB (ex-officio).

Commercial affairs/marketing: Farooq Rehmatullah (chairman), Moin Afzal, Ali Raza, Director Marketing PCB (ex-officio).

Media/PR: Aamir Rokhri (chairman), Dr Mohammad Ali Shah, Shakeel Shaikh, Director Public Relations/Media PCB (ex-officio).

Game development committee: Intikhab Alam (chairman), Aamir Rokhri, Mian Mohammad Munir, Aslam Sanjrani, Director Game Development PCB (ex- officio).

Infrastructure: Shakeel Shaikh (chairman), Mian Mohammad Munir, Wisal Durrani, Abdul Raqueeb, Director Administration PCB (ex-officio).

Medical: Dr Mohammad Ali Shah (chairman), G. M. Sports Medicine PCB (ex-officio), physical trainer of the national team PCB (ex-officio).—APP
