Two of a family die on road

TOBA TEK SINGH, Dec 26: Two people of a family died and another was injured seriously when their motorcycle rickshaw rammed into a pickup here on Wednesday.

Azam Ansari and his nephews Abdul Salam and Abdul Qayyum were on their way home in Chak 394-JB Jaja from Pilasour when their rickshaw collided with a speeding pickup near Janiwala Railway Station on Toba-Gojra Road. As a result, Ansari and Salam died at the scene and Qayyum was injured critically. He was admitted to the district hospital from where he was referred to Faisalabad’s Allied Hospital.

BODY FOUND: The body of a man, who went missing about 16 years ago, was found buried in his fields in Chak 384-JB on Wednesday. — Correspondent
