MARDAN, Dec 23: An explosion at the office of a cable operator has prompted other cable operators to close down their services in protest.

The explosion, besides destroying the cable operator’s office also partially damaged the nearby election office of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party.

The owner of the Mardan Cable Network, Javed Khan, has lodged an FIR with the City police station against unknown terrorists. The sources said the owners of other cable services closed their offices in protest against the attack.—Correspondent
