ISLAMABAD, Nov 29: In order to facilitate filing of annual statutory returns, the three main company registration offices of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) located in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi will remain open till 9:00 pm.

An official announcement issued here on Thursday said that the decision in this regard was taken to smoothly handle the heavy influx of annual returns.

The deadline for submission of annual returns with the Registrar of Companies by companies - that have ended their annual accounts on June 30 this year - is November 30 (Friday).

The final date of submission of annual statutory returns for the listed companies is December 15.

The SECP has also provided the facility for collection of returns at the chambers of commerce and industry in Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Gujrat, and Hyderabad.

Representatives of the commission would visit the chambers of commerce in these cities on Friday and also on December 15.
