TDAP reviews

KARACHI, Nov 23: The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) on Friday reviewed the implementation of various trade policy initiatives for the fiscal year 2007-08.

A meeting was held under the TDAP Chief Executive Tariq Ikram and was attended by regional heads of the authority and other senior officers.

Most of the export-oriented measures, especially those related to marketing, supply chain, social environment and quality compliance are being implemented by the TDAP.The meeting was told that for the implementation of other trade policy initiatives, the TDAP was coordinating with different government agencies. Three trade policy review meetings had been already held in the past, says a press release.
