KARACHI: Degree exam forms

KARACHI, Nov 15: The University of Karachi on Thursday extended the date for the submission of examination forms for the regular students of BA, BSc (pass) and BCom, 2007 (fresh and failures) till Nov 20 with a late fee of Rs500.The total fee for BCom (regular) and BSc (pass) part I and II is Rs1,500, BCom (regular) and BSc (pass) both parts Rs2,225, BA (pass) regular part I and II Rs1,400 and BA (pass) regular both parts Rs2,125.

The University of Karachi also announced that registration forms of BA, BCom, BOL and BSc improvement of division for external examinations 2007 would be accepted from Nov 15 to 17.

The prescribed fee is Rs1,400, while Rs600 will be charged as late fee. The registration forms are available at the NBP and UBL counters at KU’s Silver Jubilee Gate for Rs25.

Degree cancelled

The University of Karachi cancelled the BA degree of a candidate bearing seat no 68782/2006 as the marks sheet he had submitted with the KU was found to be bogus. A notification issued here on Thursday said that Habibullah Khan Treen s/o Khawaja Mohammad Khan had submitted the marks sheet claiming that it was issued by the Larkana Board.
