LAHORE, Nov 9: Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaaf chairman Imran Khan said on Friday a relief fund would be established for the judges and lawyers who had defied the Provisional Constitution Order tooth and nail.

“It will help the judges and lawyers to keep their efforts going,” said Imran while addressing a PTI meeting at an undisclosed location, according to a press release.

He slated curbs on media and also condemned the Pemra ordinance, pledging to go shoulder to shoulder with journalists in the drive against these restrictions.

He urged the people from all walks of life to come out and make the anti-government movement a success.

Saad held: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) activists held a couple of demonstrations on Friday during which party’s prominent leader Saad Rafique was arrested.
