FAISALABAD, Nov 9: Jamiat Ulem-i-Islam (JUI-F) amir Maulana Fazalur Rehman apprehends an “irreparable loss to the country” during or after the election due to “autocratic policies” of the government.
Talking to reporters at the residence of Hafiz Abdul Basit, who was among the missing persons released on the order of the Supreme Court a month ago, he said President Gen Pervez Musharraf had been using all methods to perpetuate his military rule.—Correspondent
