KARACHI: Four judges promoted

KARACHI, Oct 22: The provincial law department has notified the names of four additional district and session judges for promotion as district and session judges in the next grade on the basis of seniority and on the recommendation of the Provincial Selection Board for Judicial Officers with the approval of the chief minister.

The names are Manzoor Hussain Subhopoto; Ubaidullah Khan; Amjad Ali Kazi and Amjad Ali Bohio. They will be on probation for two years as prescribed under Rule 9 of the Sindh Judicial Services Rules 1994.—PPI
