Killer courts arrest

GUJRANWALA, Oct 21: A man, who allegedly killed his two sisters over a domestic dispute a month ago, courted arrest on Sunday. Later, a court remanded him in police custody.

Shahzad Ahmad of Ansarian locality had killed his sisters ‘S’ and ‘M’ and fled to Karachi where his wife was settled. His in-laws, however, suggested him to surrender to the police to avoid complications, which he did.

During preliminary interrogation, he admitted to have killed his sisters as they often quarrelled with his wife compelling her to abandon him and go to her parents’ home in Karachi. — Correspondent
