KARACHI, Oct 18: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has allowed a Saudi Arabian team – namely Pak-Saudi International – to take part in the Patron’s Trophy tournament, according to the documents made available here on Thursday.

The Pak-Saudi International squad is the first foreign team, mainly consisting of overseas Pakistanis having played first-class, non first-class and under-19 contests, to play in Pakistan’s domestic circuit.

The PCB has granted them the playing rights after fulfilling the criteria including the payment of Rs500,000.
