HYDERABAD, Oct 17: The activists of Pasban Hyderabad chapter staged a protest demonstration outside the press club here on Wednesday against the National Reconciliation Ordinance.

Khalid Minhas, Mohammad Akram, Mohammad Ali, Mohammad Shahid and others said generals had no legal or moral authority to grant amnesty to looters and plunderers of national wealth. They asked to bring back to Pakistan billions of dollars stocked by the politicians in foreign banks.

The opportunist politicians will not be allowed to enter corridors of powers by the backdoor they said and added that these politicians, Ulema and generals were trying to convert Pakistan into an East India Company by performing the role of watchmen of the multinational companies.
