ABBOTTABAD, Oct 6: All those government employees who have been dismissed from service on the charges of corruption, slackness and incompetency can not approach to the civil court for justice but can approach the services tribunal.
The federal cabinet has given approval and service rules Act 1977 which has been amended. After the amended, civil court can not issue any stay order or hear the application of the dismissed employees.
