130 seats booked for BB flight

LONDON, Sept 27: For the planned return of PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto to Pakistan on Oct 18, the party has booked at least 130 seats of a Gulf-based airlines.

Party officials said on Thursday that Ms Bhutto would travel by the Emirates Airlines which would make a two-hour stop-over in Dubai before landing in Karachi.

Ms Bhutto is expected to be accompanied by a media delegation representing international networks, members of the British parliament and party officials and activists.

Meanwhile, she is due to arrive in the British capital over the week-end from the United States. On October 3, the party will be holding its Central Executive Committee meeting to take stock of the political situation in Pakistan and finalise the travel plans of the chairperson.—APP
