Aqeel helps Wapda qualify

LAHORE, March 18: Off-spinner Aqeel Ahmed captured four for 17 to help Wapda qualify for the final round of the one-day championship with a five-wicket win over Pool ‘C’ rivals Lahore Blues at LCCA Ground Monday.

Lahore Blues were skittled out for 105 in 42.5 overs after Wapda skipper Adil Nisar elected to field first.

Wapda then reeled off the required runs by reaching 106 for five in 25.5 overs.
