KARACHI, Sept 23: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad called on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain at the MQM’s International Secretariat in London and discussed with him the current political developments in Pakistan, particularly in Sindh.

According to a press release issued by the Secretariat on Sunday, the ongoing development work in the province also came under discussion.

Mr Hussain told Dr Ibad to take effective measures towards the welfare of people. He also called for the early completion of the development projects undertaken by the City District Government Karachi.

Mr Hussain suggested that a committee of experts be constituted to help complete the projects within the stipulated time.
