KOHAT, Sept 21: Two CD shops were blown up on Thursday night in Togh Bala town.

Police said that unknown miscreants had planted two bombs, each weighing more than four kilograms in front of the Shaukat and Nasir CD centres near the Shinwari petrol pump, which exploded simultaneously at 2.30am.

Police reached the spot immediately and found the shops destroyed. The bomb disposal squad confirmed that the bombs were home-made devices.

Meanwhile, video shop owners of Shalimar Market announced that they would close their shops during Ramazan and also put up a large poster to convey the message to militants.
