KARACHI: Ibad off to London

KARACHI, Sept 21: Speaker of the Sindh Assembly Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah on Friday took an oath as acting-governor as Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad left for London.

Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court Justice Sabihuddin Ahmad administered the oath to Mr Shah at a ceremony which was held at Governor’s House.

Chief Secretary Ijaz Qureshi, Adviser to the Chief Minster on Information Maj (retd) Hamid Abidi and other senior government officials attended the ceremony.—PPI
