KARACHI, Sept 10: A taxi driver was killed late on Monday night when a goods container on a trailer fell on his vehicle on a bridge in Quaidabad, witnesses said.Edhi sources said their ambulances were despatched to the spot where the body of the cab driver was still stuck in his vehicle under the heavy container laden with plywood.Witnesses said the two vehicles were going up the bridge near Dawood Chorangi around 10:4pm when the trailer’s container was dismantled from the driver’s cabin and fell on the taxi (JM-2724).
They said the people caught the driver of the trailer (LS-4751) and handed him over to police.
