KARAK, Aug 26: The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines (SNGPL) has decided to supply gas from the Gurguri gas field to Easak Khumari and Terri villages in the first phase, while other areas of UC Terri will be provided the facility in the second phase. The decision was announced during a meeting held in Terri.

The meeting was attended by office bearers of the Terri Gas Action Committee and SNGPL deputy general manager Momen Khan, ACO Karak, DOR and DSP Band Daud Shah.

Terri gas committee chairman Usman Khattak advocate said that work on the supply of gas to Terri and Easak Khumari would start soon.

He said the natural gas would be supplied to the entire Terri UC in the second phase.
