HYDERABAD, March 13: A large number of employees of the food grain godown under the banner of employees federation, with dry Chappatis tied around their necks, staged a protest demonstration outside the press club here on Wednesday to press for the acceptance of their demands.

Their demands include the regularization of services of the chowkidars who have completed five years of service, minimum fixation of wages at Rs1,870 per month, payment of difference of the deducted salaries and provision of uniforms.

They complained that the employees of Naushahro Feroze district had not been paid their salaries for two months.
