KCCA revises match venues

KARACHI, Aug 23: The Karachi City Cricket Association (KCCA) on Thursday rescheduled venues of two Karachi region matches in the PCB Inter-district Senior Cricket Championship, which starts from Friday.

The fixture between Zone-V and Zone-IV will now be played at the Landhi Gymkhana Ground instead of the Pak Star Ground.

The Zone-III-Zone-VII match, which was slated for the KCCA Stadium, will now take place at the Asghar Ali Shah Stadium

The third game features Zone-II versus Zone-VI at the TMC Ground.

Meanwhile, the KCCA zonal selection committees have named the remaining three squads for the championship.

KCCA ZONE-I: Mansoor Khan, Arif Mahmood, Salman Khan, Mohammad Nadir Ansari, Syed Ali Hussain Rizvi, Wajahat Farooq, Mohammad Ibrahim Qureshi, Wasim Naeem, Sharjeel Ashraf, Asif Mustafa, Tariq Haroon, Faisal Hussain, Mohammad Fayyaz, Asim Akhtar, Muhammad Irfan-ul-Haq, Mohammad Farrukh, M. Fahim Ahmed and Hafiz Asad.

KCCA ZONE-III: Shadab Kabir, Mohsin Sultan, Fawad Munir, Mohammad Ali, Babar Rehman, Sumail Aziz, Fahad Azim Mirza, Irfan Ansari, Behram Khan, Ramiz Raja, Mohammad Waqas, Shan Masood, Mansoor Baig, Iqbal Shaikh, Fahad Abdul Jabbar, Sabir Ali, Mohammad Fahad Khan, Zeeshan Essa, Saif Ashraf, Ausaf H. Rabbani, Abdul Hameed, Shukaib Ahmed, Asif Marwat, Tariq Rasheed and Amir.

KCCA ZONE-V: Wasim Hanif, Kashif Habib, Awais Iqbal, Faiz Gul, Abdul Qadir, Saeed Akbar Khan, Majid Khan, Aqeel Sharif, Sajid Khan, Mohammad Tariq Ali, Abdul Moiz, S. Farrukh Rizvi, Umair Ahmed, Mubashir Ahmed, Anis Ahmed Shaikh, Mohammad Khalid, Chaudhry Sajjad Ahmed, Malik Aftab, Majeed-ur-Rehman, Zeeshan Pervez, Rizwan Saeed and Bakhsi Elahi.
