NEW DELHI, Aug 19: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Chief Minister of Indian-occupied Kashmir Ghulam Nabi Azad are reported to have discussed latest developments on Kashmir, including the status of peace dialogue process between Pakistan and India.

According to a report published in The Kashmir Times on Sunday, the meeting, which was held at the prime minister’s residence, focused on the law and order situation, incidents in occupied Kashmir, including a recent incident of fire in an army ammunition depot in Khundroo. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh informed Mr Azad about the progress on the peace dialogue process and “steps taken by India to promote reconciliation”.—APP
