RAHIM YAR KHAN, Aug 18: Clerks and grade-IV employees of all government departments observed a strike on Saturday and protested delay in upgradation of their posts.

The All-Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) had called the strike to demand issuance of an upgradation notification.

Work in all the government offices remained suspended due to the strike and people visiting such offices faced hardships.
